VERY IMPORTANT: It is our desire that all of our customers receive only the best in quality. Occasionally, products are damaged in the shipping process. PLEASE INSPECT ALL SHIPPING CONTAINERS BEFORE YOU RECEIVE THE ITEMS FROM THE FREIGHT COMPANY. If you notice any damage to the Boxes or Items, please note that damage on the shipping document before signing for the acceptance of the items. Please contact us immediately if you find any damaged items so we can arrange for the shipment of replacement items.

Shipping Services & Policies

Free Shipping
At BunksNStuff.com, we really do offer free shipping throughout the contiguous 48 States. That means that the price you see on our site is the price that you pay, with no hidden costs for shipping or handling (sales tax is charged to Washington State residents only). Unless otherwise noted, the free shipping is a to your door service. Assembly is required on most of our products and is only included for an additional fee unless otherwise noted. The items will be delivered by a national freight company during normal business hours (Monday-Friday only). The shipping company will arrange for a delivery appointment, but it is normally a range of time, not a specific appointment. Additional services are often available including expedited shipping, exact time appointment, after hours delivery, and additional handling, but additional charges will apply. Please note: We may not be able to offer residential or to the door deliveries to very remote parts of the country or to homes that do not have adequate truck access. In these rare cases, we will offer free shipping to at least the shipping company terminal, and home delivery may have an additional charge. If this is the case, you will be contacted before the items are shipped to discuss your options.

BunkBedsOnline.com products can either ship from our distribution warehouse in Kent, Washington, or directly from the manufacturer. Upon receipt of an order, BunksNStuff will contact you via email with an estimated ship date and an estimated delivery date for your purchase. Once the items are in your area, the freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange your delivery.

Quick Ship Program
Many of our items are in stock and available for our quick ship program. This means that you can receive delivery on many of our items within 5-10 days. If items are not in stock, we will contact you immediately to let you know our earliest available shipping date. If an item is back ordered, we will not charge your credit card until the item ships. You can cancel an order at any time up until the time it ships (except custom orders).

Alaska, Hawaii and Canada
As mentioned, free shipping is available on all of our products to anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States. Free shipping is also available to parts of Alaska and Canada.  We do ship to Hawaii and other parts of Alaska and Canada, but there will be additional charges. For shipments to Canada, the customer is responsible for customs clearance, as well as all duties and taxes. We do not ship outside of the United States and Canada at this time. Receiving your Shipment
As you may expect from a furniture purchase, some of our items are quite large. Our products ship unassembled in boxes and some items may be crated to protect the items. Most of our orders include at least one box that weighs 80-100 pounds. With our basic delivery service, the delivery company will bring the items to your door, or place them in a garage: the delivery is not to a designated room within your home and uncrating or package removal is not included. If you have concerns about the size of the boxes, or would like additional information about our packaging, please contact us.

Delivery Services Available

Basic Delivery Service
Available to almost all areas of the country, this is a service where the items are brought to your door. In most cases, this is a free service. The items will not be brought into the house, and there is no uncrating or package removal with the Basic service.

Gold Delivery Service
This service is available in most areas. It includes a two person inside delivery to the room of choice with packaging removal. This service is available at an additional cost unless noted as free in the product description. This service level generally takes an additional 1-2 weeks in transit compared to the basic delivery.

Platinum Delivery Service
Unfortunately, we have indefinitely suspended our Platinum Delivery Service, including any assembly of our items. We are researching Platinum Delivery providers, and we hope to be able to offer this delivery level in the future as long as we can find a company that shares our vision of service to the customer. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions about assembly of our products, please contact a representative for more information.

Other Delivery Services
Additional services are often available including expedited shipping, exact time appointment, after hours delivery, uncrating, and additional handling. Unless noted differently, additional charges will apply to all of these services.
